Bar Associations

Bar associations are more than just groups of lawyers that gather for fellowship and camaraderie. These associations perform vital functions not only in the legal profession, but also for society in general. These functions include serving as a central point for lawyers wishing to engage in pro bono services, educating the public on legal issues, helping to develop law and legal rights, advocating for legal reform, and maintaining the integrity of the profession.
